Is LOVE Realistic?

What does LOVE mean to you? 

Every plant needs nutrition, water and sunshine.

Without these elements it will wither and die.

So too humans, in their seeming invulnerability have certain elements that without them – they die.

And, believe it or not, one of those essential elements is  - LOVE.

HUMAN PRIORITIES

You might say to yourself, well I’m no longer an infant that science has proven needs love to maintain its life force.

However, even as an adult, love creates priorities we sometimes don’t notice are literally driving our choices – and our lives.

For example think of our need for nature, for being in stillness in places that are beautiful natural havens. They revive us, they nourish us. They restore our soul. As an adult living a complicated life we know we need restoration – more often than not.

ETERNAL SEARCH

And, I’ll say right up front, what we are searching for in those times and places, is – love.

When we feel alone, insecure, lost, fearful – what we are craving is love. LOVE.

When we express ourselves in art, in music, in creative endeavors in creative collaborations in business, in philanthropic or volunteer work – we are craving, seeking love.

Love that COMES TO US through the act of synchronizing efforts with others for a higher cause – and that cause COULD be financial security for our families – or even ourselves.

So LOVE really DOES dominate our lives.

Quietly perhaps. Or blatantly with children, loved ones, family and friends.

WE FEAR LOVE!

Yet for some reason LOVE has definite bad press when it comes to actually BEING MENTIONED.

Within families we may be open to expressing our love – yet when it comes to friends or work colleagues we may be more circumspect – more careful with our expression of affection – of love.

We feel the need to be cautious because it could be misinterpreted as inappropriate, controlling, even abusive.

So we DON’T express our love.

In Western societies at least, open expression of love is often frowned upon as uncomfortable emotion. Emotion that could become obsessive or out of control.

So LOVE is relegated to a type of expression that just is not done.

That could be dangerous for all those involved.

Because it is a big emotion – and emotions can – and tend to – go out of control.

WITHOUT IT WE DIE

Now LOVE just COULD be the saving grace of this planet – and of humanity as a sustainable race of stewards on this divine planet.

It just COULD be THE emotion that heals hurts, heals grievances, that cures the ills of wars, dysfunction and of fear and pain.

Love just may be THE experience we are all dying for.

And crying for.

Love.

And we EACH have that experience, that feeling, that ability to express it and feel the benefit of it for ourselves.

LOVE IS NOT STATIC

Because LOVE is an experience. It is not static. It is not stale.

It is a flow – of love from you to god source, from you to someone else, from you to whatever you are looking at.

Love – is a flow. It is a joy-filled knowing of the truth of your own heart – about whatever you are putting your attention on – or imagining you are looking at (visualizing even!).

Love needs to be nurtured and re-instated as THE most important experience to have in this lifetime.

It absolutely needs to be on the curriculum of each child’s education.

It needs to be part of OUR daily life – because without it we wither.

The human soul is made of love.

It needs it – to bother staying alive.

LOVE SAVES US!

Love – as a feeling of joy – (not addiction) nourishes the soul and gives it hope.

Love is real – in fact beyond this physical reality, it just might be the only thing that is real.

It really is time to consider for yourself just how important love is – to you.

And perhaps each morning you may like to imagine your day – filled with love.

Imagine living each day in love.

Now - we are beginning to get CLOSE to our natural state.

The fastest way to access that state is through deep meditation – and focus on god-love within ourselves. Being with it – soaking in it long and deep enough for it to pull us in – permanently.

In so doing we let go of old dimensions – of fear, of anxious thoughts, of doubt.

Instead we fill the gap of our moment by moment experience with love – of god essence.

The presence of the primordial vibration that is birthing all reality each second.

That is some LOVE!

We may as well enjoy it – as it is permanently available to us!

It sits just below the surface of our experience pushing our breath in and out.

Activating our love.

Love it or leave it!

Love it – and choose to STAY in it.

It loves you. and, it is you.

How HELP From SPIRIT WORKS

On a beautiful sunny morning recently I'd paused to stare out to the ocean on my morning walk when my spirit tutors began to talk to me about the word ‘HELP’… 

They spoke of how that tiny insignificant word meant nearly EVERYTHING to a human – in crisis.

They reminded me that in virtually every religion or spiritual practice, teachings refer to the spirit world. Especially when a human needs – help. 

RELIGIONS ALL KNOW THAT SPIRIT EXISTS

And this was particularly poignant for them: that the spirit world is ACKNOWLEDGED in humanity’s religions – that it is acknowledged and understood to be SIGNIFICANT in most spiritual environments. 

The Catholics pray to their martyrs and saints, the Hindu’s pray to their gods and goddesses, the Animistic religions of the world make daily offerings to nature spirits and pantheons of gods. Even the Buddhists work to clear dark spirits and harness the spirit worlds for divination. 

 Most indigenous cultures work intimately with the spirit worlds of their ancestors and nature kingdoms. 

THE DIVINE GAME OF 'HELP'

And with that in mind, it is this small all-potent word ‘help’ that my Spirit Tutors wanted to explain here in this blog post.

According to my Spirit Tutors: In that key moment, when a human NEEDS help, the fact that a person ASKS for it – is highly significant. 

For us in Western cultures the relationship between humans and the worlds of spirit can be  a vexing one – because most people (in the West) have never contemplated actively connecting with a specific being in the worlds of spirit. 

Many people in our modern culture live their lives oblivious that a real spirit world actually exists. (Learn here more if you would like.) And if the idea is entertained even for a moment, it is just too frightening and overwhelmingly too unknown and big a topic to focus on! 

So that key moment of contemplation, of wondering about the Spirit World, is usually quickly moved to one side – and life once more takes full focus. 

WHEN YOUR APPLE CART IS UPSET

Yet those moments when we truly ARE out of our depth, or when a loved one passes, when our financial situation seems untenable, when our life circumstances are genuinely out of control – it is in these moments that humans seem to naturally, instinctively call – to the spirit worlds for help. 

To ‘God’ for help. To ‘Allah’ for help. To Great Spirit for help. To Jaweh for help. To Krishna for help. To St Anthony! 

 To whomever you feel is ‘the’ one that answers your ‘prayers’. 

And, as an experienced spirit communicator, let me assure you, the Spirit World tells me that this moment of ‘receiving’ a call… of FEELING a call from a human is NEVER taken lightly. 

Whomever you FEEL is ‘the one’ for you, is genuinely LISTENING. And when I use that word, I actually mean ‘feeling’ your emotional TRANSMISSION directed at them. 

ALL FEELINGS are energetic light waves that can be seen on an EEG monitor. Your Spirit Helper / God is a real being with sensibilities, knowing, consciousness and real love. 

You BOTH are beings of energetic light. And these force fields think and feel – and transmit light waves between you.

Now, what that means in terms of quantum physics, is that ANY thought you have, and ANY feeling you have, is transmissible between you. Transmission. 

So your ‘thought’ of ‘help’ is felt and understood - immediately. 

And – what is interesting, (I’m being asked to write this) is that whichever ‘Being’ you direct your ‘help’ to – gets it. Receives it. 

Feels it. Understands it. And – begins to respond. 

How do they respond? 

FEELING YOUR CORE NEED

Immediately your feeling/thought is transmitted outwards from you, (particularly when it is an urgent call from your deep heart), your Spirit Being begins to LEAN towards you. 

In layman’s terms, that being starts focusing on your HEART’S plea. 

Your Spirit Being begins to search for your LONGING FOR SUPPORT for your DEEPEST SOUL SELF.

You can imagine that moment! The Spirit Being leans towards you – scanning your entire being for your DEPTH OF LONGING! 

And if there was a technique or mechanism on ‘how’ this entire moment works – this is it! 

It is literally THIS MOMENT of them SEARCHING your heart – for your deepest longing from your Soul – that ACTIVATES changes to your energy emanations from YOUR energy system – onto and into YOUR LIFE. 

All spirit beings work with electro-magnetic waves of light. That is their plasticine. That is their consciousness fabric – and yours. 

In a micro-instant they understand what is needed – how to RE-WEAVE your consciousness energy waves – so that YOUR MIND CHANGES – literally. 

And from THAT MOMENT – you think and act differently. 

It is not rocket science…. (my Spirit Tutors just invited me to write that!) 

They simply wanted to explain through this blog post that EVERYTHING is actually in the form of energy waves – and that THEY know EXACTLY how to change those waves – to support you. Immediately. Fast.

So – that small word ‘HELP’ is the beginning of something really big. 

It could be the beginning of a new way of thinking and feeling for you - to ASK for ‘help’ more often! 

That, really, was the real reason they asked me to write this post!

The Logic Of Love

Sometimes it takes an uncommonally BIG lesson before we finally relax into the hard won gold-nugget-realization at the end of the rainbow.

By BIG lesson, I mean just-about-beyond-one’s-capacity-to live-past-the-final-stage-of-the-lesson lesson. When ‘giving up’ is definitely on the screen of one’s being.

WHEN DO YOU GIVE UP?

One day last week I felt myself nearly giving up – so I asked my spirit tutors to help me. 

I’ve discovered this lovely ‘tool’ in being mentored by them – to simply ask them to HELP me surrender.

Now the WORD ‘surrender’ is easily spoken, and is known by most people in the consciousness movement.

However, when one is being trained by vast beings of light from higher dimensions, that small word ‘surrender’ is often a MAJOR realization of truth – a deeper truth from one’s own heart - than previously one was ABLE to fathom.

UNTANGLING FEAR

So when I ‘ask’ my spirit tutors to help me ‘surrender’ – from experience I KNOW they will instantly untangle the wiring in my consciousness SO THAT I can feel that deeper truth – and know it viscerally.

Backtracking here a little, my spirit tutors know exactly how to usher my consciousness into that moment, into that corner from where I simply cannot escape without WANTING to surrender.

This, I have to say, is the unutterable beauty of working so directly with spirit tutors.

SPIRIT TRAINERS

It is not everyday that a human dialogues lucidly with spirit teachers from higher planes of love and intelligence.

However, if and when any person begins this kind of priceless journey and training, it IS the beginning of the end so-to-speak.

GROWING UP

By that I mean that WHEN a person communicates easily with spirit tutors, for the express purpose of training their consciousness into higher levels of love and awareness, then these spirit tutors will begin the ‘growing up’ process. 

They will begin the awakening process.

What does ‘awakening’ mean to a spirit tutor?

It means beginning a carefully spirit-mentored journey where that person’s conscious logical mind notices profound and ever-deepening truths of life - much faster than before.

And the ‘growing up’ part, is taking the logic of a human and convincing them gradually, that this physical world is in fact, a dream.

DISMANTLING

You can imagine what that would take! A slow, piece by piece dismantling of carefully created presumptions that keep us feeling stable, real, normal and comfortable.

That is why, as I was being ushered unerringly into that corner as mentioned above, I was on the edge of – well – giving up. Another ‘skin’ was being removed.

Now – does the every-day person have the fortitude to confront such a powerful discombobulating?

I think so. I think every person on the planet as of this moment would sincerely prefer to know the truth of their life. 

However, this moment may not be the appropriate one for this to happen, yet, if they were asked at the right instant, they would probably prefer to know.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

I can honestly confess that I feel truly blessed I am in the hands of caring – yet unerring mentors who know my fortitude, know my stamina, know my longing, and know my pain threshold.

So what kind of person would put their hand up for this process?

Certainly a person who is longing to discover THEMSELVES in their full potential.

Certainly, I’d say, a person with courage and a deep decision to empower themselves beyond their current safety zone of knowledge.

Or, possibly a person who at some point said to themselves and to ‘god’, please take me! Please lead me! Please hold me, and take me into ‘you’.

It is that type of person who literally ‘surrenders’ to a process that is DESIGNED for them, literally.

So, this amazing process of awakening is not for the feint-hearted, yet it is for everyone!

Isn’t that an enigma!

FASTER

My most valuable conclusion here is to let you know that spirit tutors are SOooo close to you. SO close. 

They hear your every breath, feel your heart, feel your longing. And you can literally CONVERSE with them – easily. With a tiny bit of practice.

And the point of my chatting about this?

It is to say to you, dear reader, that YOU can take a moment and begin a priceless RELATIONSHIP with a spirit tutor – who will absolutely take you by the hand and begin training your heart, mind and soul – to awaken.

Faster – than you can do that on your own.

Beyond This Reality

When I travel on planes, stand in long customs queues at airports and observe humanity just as they are without pretense (some in their track pants for comfort) – I notice something important. They are all me! We are all the same being!

It’s not something I think about. I get spooked by it!

This feeling catches me by surprise!

And I find it really weird!

ARE WE REAL?

Great spiritual masters teach us that we are all one – that Unity Consciousness is the goal to strive for. That when one has achieved this state (that all is One), we have achieved a promised result of years of spiritual practice.

We all know the THEORY of Quantum Physics that in the blueprint of life all is energy, light waves flickering behind solid physical form.

So how does a person AWAKEN to KNOWING they are in a temporary dream state – that most call physical reality?

QUESTION OF TIME

While in New Zealand recently I saw a split second moment on television, a car advertisement so wisely using the statement “Time Does Not Exist”…. The ad agency was evoking our longing to de-stress, drop into a moment of timelessness…

For some reason I ‘caught’ the ULTIMATE IRREVOCABLE TRUTH of this statement. It lobbed into my being like a skyrocket. And it has stayed with me until now as that truth. That ‘time’ actually DOES not exist. We all know this! And – we forget and live as though it does exist.

HYPNOSIS OF THOUGHT

Again, a profound moment of awakening to the reality that this is a dream. That our thinking minds constantly create a narrative that hypnotizes us into alternative mental ‘streams’ – where we become absorbed. We spend most of our time caught in these thought streams. And therefore we presume they are reality.

I have learned that each thought expands its own underlying feeling. Thoughts magnify feeling… and so we are ‘driven’ towards goals, aspirations, external results by these thought/feeling combinations and ongoing repetitive ‘loops’.

UNLIMITED DREAMS

Yet behind each CURRENT thought stream are UNLIMITED options of other perceptions, feelings and awareness - if we decided to pause, step back from our thoughts – and open to wider knowing.

We could then decide to jump off (at any time) our CURRENT thought stream – and choose a different one. We could choose a different feeling/thought stream!

And our LIFE would unfold differently – because of that.

I’m sure you can see now,  that ‘reality’ actually, is only in the present moment, as we are making these moment by moment decisions on which thought stream we are attending to!

There is no future or past. Both are just thoughts.

STORY OF FREEDOM

Four decades ago I remember having just been initiated into a profound system of meditation. It was late at night and I was returning from the ceremony where I had been connected, literally, to primordial life force inside of me.

It had captured me, absorbed me into itself. I had allowed myself to be taken into its infinite depths, and I swum like a fish freed finally into the ocean.

As I walked along the street, I became entranced by the gentle movement of leaves on a tree, glistening in the light of a streetlamp.

In that moment I realized I had received the ultimate gift – of freedom from my thinking mind.

I noticed I was sitting inside myself in deep stillness, BEHIND my thinking mind. It no longer was controlling, steering, ‘me’.

THE JOURNEY TO ONENESS

And this has been my journey so far, listening, learning, being absorbed over and over again (as we all do) by my thought streams, learning about multi-dimensionality, the spirit worlds behind physicality, their politics (!) and their agendas.

I have become aware of myself as a learner, as a ‘knower’, as a being that in truth represents MANY higher layers of my own spirit self here in this ‘dream’.

So awakening to understanding ever deeper that this reality IS in fact a dream is a privilege, an honor, and a process of knowing at any moment it can change! If I want it to. I can find a different thought/feeling stream – or I can invite spirit helpers to help me change it.

Learning how to awaken to a wider reality BEHIND this dream – is the journey.

Your Soul's Timing...

So it took just a moment to notice that the desert was FLOWERING!

My husband and I were driving along the highway towards Sedona, Arizona and for the first time I felt ABSORBED by the beauty of the desert.

Bright yellow, red, pink flowers sprinkled amongst the rocks and cacti – and entire swaying plains of yellow.

I imagined native Indians on their horses enjoying making their way through these beautiful landscapes.

FERTILE SOIL

Last year driving this same route I felt the desert was a hard, desolate terrain. Just rock and dirt. Tough to live in or travel through in those early settler days.

It just shows you that all is definitely not as it first seems.

If the desert can flower – so can I. And so can you.

We too are fertile soil for flowering.

And – everything has its season.

I’d like to ask my spirit tutors to comment on this ‘timing’ of our flowering as souls in our lives – because I know many of you wait patiently for that time.

You, reader, have learned so much, waited so long – and yet still it can seem that the desert is going on forever…

And – miracles of miracles – you follow the intense need to express your highest self in your life.

No matter what. 

It is at THIS point, that you don't let ANYTHING stop you.

And you begin a journey to full soul expression. 

This is your full bloom freedom and power!

So you see, you ARE a flower blooming – and the desert simply waits for the seed to grow – when the time is right.
