The Logic Of Love

Sometimes it takes an uncommonally BIG lesson before we finally relax into the hard won gold-nugget-realization at the end of the rainbow.

By BIG lesson, I mean just-about-beyond-one’s-capacity-to live-past-the-final-stage-of-the-lesson lesson. When ‘giving up’ is definitely on the screen of one’s being.

WHEN DO YOU GIVE UP?

One day last week I felt myself nearly giving up – so I asked my spirit tutors to help me.

I’ve discovered this lovely ‘tool’ in being mentored by them – to simply ask them to HELP me surrender.

Now the WORD ‘surrender’ is easily spoken, and is known by most people in the consciousness movement.

However, when one is being trained by vast beings of light from higher dimensions, that small word ‘surrender’ is often a MAJOR realization of truth – a deeper truth from one’s own heart - than previously one was ABLE to fathom.

UNTANGLING FEAR

So when I ‘ask’ my spirit tutors to help me ‘surrender’ – from experience I KNOW they will instantly untangle the wiring in my consciousness SO THAT I can feel that deeper truth – and know it viscerally.

Backtracking here a little, my spirit tutors know exactly how to usher my consciousness into that moment, into that corner from where I simply cannot escape without WANTING to surrender.

This, I have to say, is the unutterable beauty of working so directly with spirit tutors.

SPIRIT TRAINERS

It is not everyday that a human dialogues lucidly with spirit teachers from higher planes of love and intelligence.

However, if and when any person begins this kind of priceless journey and training, it IS the beginning of the end so-to-speak.

GROWING UP

By that I mean that WHEN a person communicates easily with spirit tutors, for the express purpose of training their consciousness into higher levels of love and awareness, then these spirit tutors will begin the ‘growing up’ process.

They will begin the awakening process.

What does ‘awakening’ mean to a spirit tutor?

It means beginning a carefully spirit-mentored journey where that person’s conscious logical mind notices profound and ever-deepening truths of life - much faster than before.

And the ‘growing up’ part, is taking the logic of a human and convincing them gradually, that this physical world is in fact, a dream.

DISMANTLING

You can imagine what that would take! A slow, piece by piece dismantling of carefully created presumptions that keep us feeling stable, real, normal and comfortable.

That is why, as I was being ushered unerringly into that corner as mentioned above, I was on the edge of – well – giving up. Another ‘skin’ was being removed.

Now – does the every-day person have the fortitude to confront such a powerful discombobulating?

I think so. I think every person on the planet as of this moment would sincerely prefer to know the truth of their life.

However, this moment may not be the appropriate one for this to happen, yet, if they were asked at the right instant, they would probably prefer to know.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

I can honestly confess that I feel truly blessed I am in the hands of caring – yet unerring mentors who know my fortitude, know my stamina, know my longing, and know my pain threshold.

So what kind of person would put their hand up for this process?

Certainly a person who is longing to discover THEMSELVES in their full potential.

Certainly, I’d say, a person with courage and a deep decision to empower themselves beyond their current safety zone of knowledge.

Or, possibly a person who at some point said to themselves and to ‘god’, please take me! Please lead me! Please hold me, and take me into ‘you’.

It is that type of person who literally ‘surrenders’ to a process that is DESIGNED for them, literally.

So, this amazing process of awakening is not for the feint-hearted, yet it is for everyone!

Isn’t that an enigma!

FASTER

My most valuable conclusion here is to let you know that spirit tutors are SOooo close to you. SO close.

They hear your every breath, feel your heart, feel your longing. And you can literally CONVERSE with them – easily. With a tiny bit of practice.

Beyond This Reality

When I travel on planes, stand in long customs queues at airports and observe humanity just as they are without pretense (some in their track pants for comfort) – I notice something important. They are all me! We are all the same being!

It’s not something I think about. I get spooked by it!

This feeling catches me by surprise!

And I find it really weird!

ARE WE REAL?

Great spiritual masters teach us that we are all one – that Unity Consciousness is the goal to strive for. That when one has achieved this state (that all is One), we have achieved a promised result of years of spiritual practice.

We all know the THEORY of Quantum Physics that in the blueprint of life all is energy, light waves flickering behind solid physical form.

So how does a person AWAKEN to KNOWING they are in a temporary dream state – that most call physical reality?

QUESTION OF TIME

While in New Zealand recently I saw a split second moment on television, a car advertisement so wisely using the statement “Time Does Not Exist”…. The ad agency was evoking our longing to de-stress, drop into a moment of timelessness…

For some reason I ‘caught’ the ULTIMATE IRREVOCABLE TRUTH of this statement. It lobbed into my being like a skyrocket. And it has stayed with me until now as that truth. That ‘time’ actually DOES not exist. We all know this! And – we forget and live as though it does exist.

HYPNOSIS OF THOUGHT

Again, a profound moment of awakening to the reality that this is a dream. That our thinking minds constantly create a narrative that hypnotizes us into alternative mental ‘streams’ – where we become absorbed. We spend most of our time caught in these thought streams. And therefore we presume they are reality.

I have learned that each thought expands its own underlying feeling. Thoughts magnify feeling… and so we are ‘driven’ towards goals, aspirations, external results by these thought/feeling combinations and ongoing repetitive ‘loops’.

UNLIMITED DREAMS

Yet behind each CURRENT thought stream are UNLIMITED options of other perceptions, feelings and awareness - if we decided to pause, step back from our thoughts – and open to wider knowing.

We could then decide to jump off (at any time) our CURRENT thought stream – and choose a different one. We could choose a different feeling/thought stream!

And our LIFE would unfold differently – because of that.

I’m sure you can see now, that ‘reality’ actually, is only in the present moment, as we are making these moment by moment decisions on which thought stream we are attending to!

There is no future or past. Both are just thoughts.

STORY OF FREEDOM

Four decades ago I remember having just been initiated into a profound system of meditation. It was late at night and I was returning from the ceremony where I had been connected, literally, to primordial life force inside of me.

It had captured me, absorbed me into itself. I had allowed myself to be taken into its infinite depths, and I swum like a fish freed finally into the ocean.

As I walked along the street, I became entranced by the gentle movement of leaves on a tree, glistening in the light of a streetlamp.

In that moment I realized I had received the ultimate gift – of freedom from my thinking mind.

I noticed I was sitting inside myself in deep stillness, BEHIND my thinking mind. It no longer was controlling, steering, ‘me’.

THE JOURNEY TO ONENESS

And this has been my journey so far, listening, learning, being absorbed over and over again (as we all do) by my thought streams, learning about multi-dimensionality, the spirit worlds behind physicality, their politics (!) and their agendas.

I have become aware of myself as a learner, as a ‘knower’, as a being that in truth represents MANY higher layers of my own spirit self here in this ‘dream’.

So awakening to understanding ever deeper that this reality IS in fact a dream is a privilege, an honor, and a process of knowing at any moment it can change! If I want it to. I can find a different thought/feeling stream – or I can invite spirit helpers to help me change it.

Learning how to awaken to a wider reality BEHIND this dream – is the journey.

Your Soul's Timing...

So it took just a moment to notice that the desert was FLOWERING!

My husband and I were driving along the highway towards Sedona, Arizona and for the first time I felt ABSORBED by the beauty of the desert.

Bright yellow, red, pink flowers sprinkled amongst the rocks and cacti – and entire swaying plains of yellow.

I imagined native Indians on their horses enjoying making their way through these beautiful landscapes.

FERTILE SOIL

Last year driving this same route I felt the desert was a hard, desolate terrain. Just rock and dirt. Tough to live in or travel through in those early settler days.

It just shows you that all is definitely not as it first seems.

If the desert can flower – so can I. And so can you.

We too are fertile soil for flowering.

And – everything has its season.

I’d like to ask my spirit tutors to comment on this ‘timing’ of our flowering as souls in our lives – because I know many of you wait patiently for that time.

You, reader, have learned so much, waited so long – and yet still it can seem that the desert is going on forever…

Ancient Knowledge

It was a drenched Sunday afternoon and we were speeding down the highway despite the squalls of monsoonal rain slamming into our car.

We were on our way to a treat for our aesthetic souls – our State’s Art Gallery.

And it did not disappoint.

The exhibition revealed the genius of ancient civilizations to code their stories, their lineages, their spiritual training into precise geometric patterns that store, like a computer hard drive, their knowledge archives.

GENIUS

Wow.

And we think our modern western cultured minds are smarter than indigenous cultures.

In the culture of original peoples, they were trained to notice subtle clues in nature that informed them about their far-ranging eco-systems.

They were taught to understand precisely the language of nature - something we can’t fathom attempting today.

PSYCHIC STATES

And much of this exact knowledge gathering and management of the elements needed to take place deep in psychic states – just to fully access and absorb the precision of patterns in nature – and store these patterns for future use.

This is a different type of intelligence.

It is NOT an intelligence that comes from cramming THEORY into our memories as we do in our western culture – to gain ‘knowledge’.

This is a visceral ever-deepening initiation into knowledge through DIRECT interaction with the psychic aspect of nature, deep infinitesimal observation of patterns – and memorizing it all.

WARRIORSHIP

The ability to commune so profoundly with nature comes from compassion, open heartedness, warriorship, and willingness to see the truth.

Humility is also a key element – and service.

To enter the psychic fields of a vast community system of forces far, far more vast in power than the human mind is a venture not for the faint-hearted.

And – most indigenous cultures today cherish their hope to initiate their communities into these training systems so that they do not lose their inherited wisdom.

THIS KNOWLEDGE IS NEARLY LOST

We – as western-trained minds – can only stand on the sidelines and with little understanding, vaguely hope to attain a glimpse of this off-the-scale intelligence.

It is OUR privilege to share this planet with what indigenous knowledge and power there is still left.

Magic In The Moment

Yesterday I was walking with my husband along the road enjoying the relaxed Sunday when we met our 92-year old neighbour Gelda in her backyard.

She looked more frail since last I’d seen her and she confirmed she felt a little unwell.

JOYFUL SOUL

Within 10 minutes of our conversation Gelda seemed to shake off her 92-year old persona and a lively swapping of stories ensued. Gelda revealing mischievous snippets of the inside story of her second husband, an artist who had died 20 years previously.

She lost her fragility for those fun moments shared on the sidewalk.

Her earthy humour eclipsed her age and she was a young woman again – ageless.

And so we are – ageless.

Beyond our physical condition, beyond our circumstances, beyond our self-talk we are the fun-loving, joy-filled-eternal-youth-soul who looks for ways to have fun.

(Don’t start me on my Mum who at 88 revealed she doesn’t know where the years went – and suddenly she’s an octogenarian.)

YOU THE WATCHER

We WATCH as the years go by.

We WATCH our life flash by – WE the watcher.

I’ve discovered (and you may have too) the only way to ENGAGE in the juicy event called MY LIFE is to be deeply PRESENT in the moment.

It’s in this self awareness state that you can TAKE IN the magic – and keep taking it in.

And never leave the magic – so that the JOY is always there.

Whenever each of you reading this DECIDES to ‘let go’ or surrender the fight to CONTROL your reality – THAT is when you reach beyond this physical lifetime and TOUCH the divine.

Conversely you, in that moment, CHOOSE to AWAKEN to a HIGHER POWER.

And to ALLOW that higher power to move you and your reality.

THAT is surrender.

Sometimes that can look like speaking up and no longer accepting second best.

Sometimes that can become a moment of being OPEN to new hope or new experiences.

SURRENDER FEAR

So ‘letting go’ is REALLY a higher platform of ‘reality shaping’.

Savoring Change

I’ve recently had the enjoyment of driving through the New Zealand countryside, savoring the lush green and yellow of the paddocks after recent rain.

I couldn’t help noticing how stunningly BEAUTIFUL ‘god’s’ country is.

And not just New Zealand – everywhere.

Every rock, leaf, dew-drop, flower – and intense sunlight.

GIVEN AS A GIFT!

It struck me that neither you nor I can construct ANYTHING of these from scratch. It’s ALL given for us to use – and exercise our creativity with.

Bush fire? Time to dig deep and replenish hope and creativity from wherever we can. Floods? (We’ve had severe fires and flooding here recently.) Again, time to start again – over and over again.

It sure is NOT comfortable – diving deep into our inner resources to start again.

MILKING THE DOOR TO GOD-LOVE

And usually it means starting a very new decision – about resourcefulness, about patience, about BEING IN THE MOMENT to milk the door to god-love.

And THAT is the gift – the TRIP-UP.

The nearly UNBEARABLE moment of change.

It can be EITHER a GIFT or DEVASTATION.

And right in our own lap lies the choice.
